School Leaving Certificate / Migration Certificate – As proof of education completion.
Official Invitation Letter – From the Ministry of Education (essential for visa).
Valid Passport – Original and copies, valid for at least 18 months.
Visa Application Form – Filled and signed.
Passport-size Photos – As per embassy specifications.
University Admission / Offer Letter – Proof of acceptance.
Medical Certificate & HIV Test Report – Mandatory for all applicants.
Educational Certificates – Notarized and translated into Russian.
Proof of Financial Means – Bank statements showing funds for tuition and living expenses.
Flight Reservation / Travel Details – Tentative or confirmed.
Accommodation Proof – Hostel or private stay confirmation.
Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) – For background verification.
Travel and Health Insurance – Valid for at least one year and covering minimum €30,000.
All documents must be translated into Russian and notarized.
Admission letter processing time: 2–4 weeks.
Visa processing time: 3–6 weeks after invitation approval.
Students must apply for a residence permit upon arrival in Russia.
